    Purpose and scope of processing personal data:

    We collect and process personal data according to EU Data Protection Directive (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all relevant laws.

    We only collect and use personal data from prospects, customers, and suppliers relevant for the proper processing of contracts, preparatory works, consulting and acquisition. Without your personal data, we cannot manage contracts or commission calculations. Upon conclusion of the contract, you agree to the use of data.

     The legal basis for processing personal data:

    For processing personal data with your consent, Art. 6 Abs.1 lit. an EU Data Protection Directive (DSGVO) serves as the legal basis.  For required processing of personal data where you are contracting party, Art.6 Abs. 1 lit b (DSGVO) serves as the legal basis. This applies as well to preparatory works, necessary to conduct pre-contractual measures. For the processing of personal data based on our legal obligations, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit c (DSGVO) serves as the legal basis.

    Processing personal data to protect our legitimate business interests or those of a third party, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit f (DSGVO) serves as the legal basis, as long as your interests, civil rights, and fundamental freedoms do not override the aforementioned interests.

    Shippers/suppliers: For trading raw materials and services for our customers the cooperation with shippers/suppliers is essential. Respective contracting parties you find in each contract/agreement.

    Analytical laboratory: In order to check the quality of products on a regular basis a cooperation with an independent institute is vital. Respective contracting parties you find in each contract/agreement.

    We delete your personal data when it is no longer required for the purposes mentioned above. Data could be stored as long as parties might assert legal claims against our company (statutory limitation periods). We also store your personal data as far as we are bound by law.
