2021-09-15 | 2020/2021 crop transition time is short, and purchasing demand will rise
Most US and European buyers are still on hold and won't accept new crop Chinese pumpkin seeds kernels prices. It surprises us because old crop prices were recently higher than today's new crop prices. In Chine old crop is sold out. The new crop is delayed, and transit time to the US and Europe exceeds 80 days or more depending on the final destination. If today a German importer book new crop he can expect the product earliest in January and if he waits for some more days he can expect the product end of January etc.! The importers likely are missing the time schedule for the new crop!
